I’ve been coming back for three years and it gets better each time. This year they added a small breakfast, with tea, coffee, croissants and muffins included in the price in the area by reception. The location is excellent, about five minutes from Plaza Catalunya and Rambla Street. Sagrada Familia is 10-15 minutes away, while Park Güell and the beach are around 20 minutes away. Our triple room had a phenomenal balcony; the smaller rooms have a little shared terrace, mostly used by two rooms.

We were there in December and the place was comfortably warm. It was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. The staff were especially welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed the stay and would gladly come back ❤️

I had a terrible experience and strongly advise people to avoid this place. I wouldn’t call it a hotel. The staff were rude and unprofessional, dismissed us, and made us feel as if we were the ones at fault. They offered no support and denied everything. I found the advertising false and the establishment a scam. Please read other guests’ reviews here and my review on Booking.com. There are other hotels in Barcelona, and this one isn’t worth booking.

The rooms were so small that we could hear everything from next door, making it hard to rest. We repeatedly told the cleaning staff that the garden door was being left open, but it kept happening. My girlfriend also left her branded pyjamas in the room. Staff confirmed they’d found them, then threw them away. Now they’ve stopped replying to my calls and messages while I try to resolve it. It was very poor service and a bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We loved the terrace, and the architecture had a classic feel. The hotel was amazing, very clean, and the staff were really nice.
