The port and beach views were incredible, and the shared rooftop was a nice extra. We spent a month here and had a great time. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well equipped, with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the place was very well managed. Any questions or problems were handled quickly.
The location is a plus, but the noise made this a disappointing stay. We could hear small children upstairs running around at all hours, and it stayed noisy into the late night or early morning. For the monthly price, the service wasn't good enough. One cleaning a week wasn't enough, and there was no vacuum for us to use. The floors were very dirty when we arrived. The kitchen is basic and only really works if you're making a one-pan meal. I expected better for the cost.
The only small issue was the internet, which was too slow for video calls, though the team could probably fix that easily. Otherwise, we had a fantastic 32-night stay with my wife. The flat is in a great area near the city, port, and beach, and the Caterina House team responded quickly to anything we asked for. I'd absolutely recommend staying here.
We spent all of July at Caterina house, and it was a really nice stay. The flats had everything we needed, and the location was great. Cinthia, Emily and Natalia were all friendly and helpful. They made our move to Barcelona much easier, so thank you! Definitely recommend :)
The hosts were always ready to help, and the house was roomy and comfortable. The location is excellent too. Everything was great, and I'd highly recommend it.
