10/10
The bed was a proper superking and incredibly comfortable. I slept well every night, which isn't something I take for granted in hotels. The staff were excellent too, friendly, capable, and easy to deal with throughout. The rooms were tastefully done, clean, and well cared for, and the location suited us perfectly. It feels like a four-star place dressed as a three-star. I can't wait to return to the city and stay here again. Impressive.

A good enough hotel for the price, with a comfortable bed, a good shower, room for our things, and solid service. The room felt warm to me at about 21°C, though my wife found it comfortable, so that's just personal preference. The view was basically other rooms, which was fine. There's no toilet brush, and the bathroom-bedroom door is thin and doesn't close all the way. That may be fine for a married couple, but could feel awkward for others. It's reasonably close to metro and bus stops, and you can leave your bags in their locker after checkout. Breakfast was decent, if a little limited in variety.

The room was roomy, nicely lit, and had a huge wardrobe that made it easy to fit all our clothes. It was kept tidy, and the toilets were cleaned too. The staff were kind and always smiling. I'd give it 5/5.

There was filtered water on our floor, which was especially handy at night, and the staff were genuinely nice and competent. The stay was very pleasant overall. The one downside was that we lost a piece of clothing, probably picked up by the room cleaners by mistake.

I forgot my AirPods in the room, and when I came back for the bags I'd left behind, staff immediately pointed them out to me. I hadn't even noticed they were missing. It should be a given, but sadly it isn't everywhere. Great service.
