El Born Guest House by Casa Consell

The room was small and lovely, with a gorgeous balcony and view. It was clean and in a great location, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. This was our favorite stay in Spain, and we'll keep it on our list for next time.

Hernan gave us useful tips that definitely made our visit better. The room was comfortable and clean, and there's a small spot to pick up a snack, tea, or coffee before heading out. It's a great place to stay, with restaurants and shops nearby and the main attractions easy to reach. Highly recommend it!

Our room was on the small side, just as the photos showed, so we knew what to expect. It was clean, and the location was great. The host was lovely and very accommodating, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and pastries. We loved our stay at El Born Guest House!

The manager, Hernan, welcomed us at 10pm and explained everything, along with places to eat and visit. The air-conditioned room had a nice balcony, and both the bathroom and bedroom were spotless. El Born Guest House was just 100 meters from Estacio De Franca, which made getting there by train from Barcelona airport easy. It was €4.20 per person each way, took 40 mins, and needed just 1 transfer. The neighborhood is full of bars and places to eat, and being so central made it easy to walk to almost all the attractions. During our three days we walked to Las Ramblas, the beach, Sagrada Familia, The Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya, and other sights. It's all doable if you're used to walking, and otherwise you can take the train. We've been to Barcelona a number of times and always find something new. This stay was exactly what we hoped for. Fantastic accommodation, superb location, and perfect service. I'd highly recommend it.
