Hotel Granados 83, a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts

It was easy to walk to most of the places I wanted to see, usually in 15-25 minutes, and there were restaurants and coffee shops close by, including on the same street. I felt safe there. My room was clean, the interior design was beautiful, and they provided great amenities, going above and beyond. The staff were really kind and helped with all my questions and needs. I enjoyed my stay and would love to come back. I’d highly recommend it.

There were a few small issues during my stay, but MATIAS and DAVID were sincere and helped sort things out. I was really touched that they tried to understand how I felt as a guest and resolve the situation. I had a wonderful time at the hotel, and I hope I get to see them again.

We were given a lovely bigger room after the first one assigned to us turned out to be too small for our luggage. The hotel is modern and fabulous, in a convenient area for tourists. Staff were very helpful with restaurant suggestions, and everyone was excellent, especially David and Francisco. Thank you!

The rooftop has a small pool and seating, a nice spot to unwind after being out in Barcelona. We also got free entry to the nearby Egyptian Museum during our stay, which we enjoyed and probably wouldn’t have visited otherwise. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, just what we wanted after long days on foot. Hotel Granados 83 has a modern, stylish look, with ancient artworks and sculptures throughout. In places it feels like a little museum, which gives the building character. The staff welcomed us warmly and stayed friendly and helpful whenever we had a question. It’s on a quieter street in Eixample, close to the main sights and shopping streets, with lots of cafés, bars, and restaurants nearby. We could walk to many places, so getting around was easy. Jet2 staff had recommended it, and we were glad we followed their suggestion. We had a really good stay and would happily return or recommend it.
