We arrived in Barcelona on 27/11 after Austrian lost our baggage, and we were delayed at the airport while claiming it. Even so, the owner charged us a late check-in fee of 10€ per person for two people. We paid 300€ upfront for damage insurance and checked out on 1/12. On 21/12, I was still waiting for the money back. The person who let us in said it would be refunded within 7 days; the owner said 10-20 days. Still waiting.

The rooms and bathrooms are huge, and the location is perfect. Habitat apartments are just perfect. Absolutely recommended.

We enjoyed the apartment and felt as if we were Spanish. It was worth staying here instead of in a hotel room.

Our entry code for Habitat Apartment Alibei didn't work, so we were left on the street with our luggage for over 45 minutes. Nobody was able to help us properly or offer a quick fix, and no one took responsibility. The whole thing felt frustrating, helpless, and completely unprofessional, especially after arriving tired and expecting the place to be ready. I wouldn't recommend it under any circumstances. The disorganization and lack of attention are intolerable. Avoid it if you don't want your trip to start badly.

OUTRAGEOUS!! The check-in app wasn't working when we got to the apartment, and we were left outside for an hour while they kept telling us to wait. At 10 pm, we had to find a quick solution ourselves. This kind of problem is unacceptable, they should change jobs. Stay away from this place!! I'm waiting for my refund now and hope it comes quickly.
