The hotel team made our stay feel easy and memorable. Monica Alvarez at the front desk was welcoming and professional from the moment we arrived, and went out of her way to make everything smooth and stress-free. The room service was prompt, breakfast had a great selection and attentive service, and the cleaning staff were consistently kind, thorough, and professional. It’s the people who make a hotel stay, and this team really came through. I’d definitely return to Hilton Barcelona. Thank you for such a pleasant visit.

The staff were helpful and upbeat, and the food was good, though lunch and dinner didn’t have a huge selection. The hotel is a little older, but the location makes that less of an issue. It’s a safe area that’s pleasant to walk around, with transport right outside and two malls within walking distance. Camp Nou is a 15-minute walk, and if you’re lucky, you may get a stadium view.

The staff were good, the rooms better than at most other Hiltons I’ve stayed at in the EU, and breakfast was the best I’ve had at a Hilton in a while, with a good selection. The location is okay, though it isn’t very central. I would’ve given five stars, but found out Hilton Honors members get no base points when booking directly through Hilton at this hotel.

What made my stay so good was the staff’s quiet competence and the way they were always ready with a smile or a thoughtful touch. They advised me on what to do and how to get around, helped me rent a bicycle, and politely explained the city’s rules and how it works. Everyone was bright and seemed to think ahead. The kitchen was run wonderfully, and the cheerful help with getting a table and choosing food was lovely. Hospitality seems to come naturally to them. Breakfast felt carefully put together, and I’m sure they paid attention to where the food came from and many details I wouldn’t even have noticed. I’m really, really grateful for such a great stay.
