The check-in was easy thanks to the very helpful, friendly woman at reception, who spoke English really well. My room was clean, and the location worked great for me during my one-night stay.

A basic but clean room, with friendly, helpful reception staff. It’s a handy base for exploring Barcelona: the main sights are walkable, and there’s a Metro stop nearby if you’d rather not walk. The sign was easy to miss, though. I stayed two nights and found it ideal when you plan to spend most of your time out and about.

I had a city-view room, and it was cleaned every day. The sound insulation was very good, and the staff were lovely. A really good stay, with no complaints at all.

The staff were very polite and made up our rooms each day. The location is right in the center, near bakeries, shops, restaurants, the Metro, and the Aerobus stops. I’d definitely recommend it.

The mattress was the one letdown. They should replace it, and then this would’ve been five stars. Everything else was great: my room was clean, they let me check in early, and there was always someone nice at reception to help. The location is hard to beat, close to all the Barcelona hotspots. Thanks for the service.
