For our first anniversary, we stayed in Suite Tibidabo, and the team greeted us with cake and cava. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed, a large jacuzzi for two, a sauna and an amazing hammam shower. All of it was in our room and available 24 hours a day just for us. At many hotels the spa is shared or needs to be booked and paid for separately, so having everything in the room felt magical. The restaurant was a lovely surprise at brunch and dinner. The croquetas, jamón ibérico and pan con tomate were the best we've ever had. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I also loved the library, with its fireplace and living-room feel. The area felt very quiet and safe, almost like another city even though the center is about 30 minutes away by car. This place blends luxury and coziness so naturally, and we're so glad we found it. We hope we can return. One thing to know before booking: if you want to get away from the always loud, busy city center, this place may not suit you.

We'll definitely come back. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the food was fresh and delicious. Please pass on my appreciation to the chef. The staff were exceptionally polite and full of positive energy. They treated each other like family. At reception, John and Javier were so helpful and wonderful. I also want to thank Manuel, Marc, Julio, Rebeca, Javi and Rhode, as well as Anna from room service. I hope I haven't forgotten anyone. This is one of the nicest, cleanest hotels I've visited anywhere, and I highly recommend it.

The neighbourhood is wonderful, but the service was extremely disrespectful. Staff were unprofessional and used profanity when speaking to me. The property didn't live up to its promise at all. I paid to upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi and hamman, but the jacuzzi didn't work and no one seemed concerned. Housekeeping came into the room in the middle of the day and wouldn't leave despite my repeated requests. The room was never cleaned. When my daughter visited, I was told at departure to pay for her extra breakfast, but nobody had told me there would be a €25 charge. At checkout, reception was excessively rude and dismissive. The man was aggressive, used foul language, and kept saying it wasn't his problem. I don't know what kind of hotel this is, but I'd never speak to a guest that way. It's subpar. Avoid this property.

I had such a good birthday stay. The room looked stunning and was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. The sauna and jacuzzi bath were the real highlight, an absolute dream. The staff were fantastic too. I'll be back very soon.

The first night left us a little disappointed with a few things, but once we told the staff, they were incredibly kind and promptly moved us to a premium suite. We were so grateful, and it made the trip unforgettable. The hotel and its surroundings are truly beautiful. Everyone was lovely and attentive.
