Inside Barcelona made things simple, from reserving and changing the reservation to sending clear entry instructions. We barely needed to contact them because everything just worked. The apartment has comfortable beds, easy temperature controls, good lighting, a compact washer-dryer, a good shower, and windows that open. There's an elevator and the wifi worked well. The stairs are more than a few steps and have two half-turns, so if you get up at night to pee, pick the downstairs bedroom. The door lock was a bit confusing at first but worked fine once we figured it out. It's on a quiet street close to restaurants and shops, with a full Aldi just a block away. The Born Cultural Center is across the street, and its 4-euro English-language tour gave us lots of insight into Barcelona history. Excellent all around.

Service by email was quick and easy, and the apartment was quiet, so we slept really well. We had what was basically a penthouse on the top floor in the gothic quarter, at a reasonable nightly price. The spacious, airy apartment had lovely nooks for naps and an amazing terrace overlooking the city. We spent time there with friends every night. What a gem.

The apartment was comfortable and in a good area, but the service felt poor for the price. They provided a coffee machine, but just two capsules for three people on a four-night stay. We were also left with only three rolls of very flimsy toilet paper and had to ration it. These would be easy things to sort out, which made it more disappointing they hadn't been accounted for.

Our family stayed for just under a week, and the apartment felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed, from pots and pans to detergents and toiletries. Finding the main office was easy, and our apartment was only a two-minute walk from it. The location was fantastic too, with a bus stop two minutes away and two different metro stations each about a five-minute walk in different directions.

We had everything we needed and a lovely stay in the apartments. The rooftop terrace had beautiful views, the beds were comfy, and the welcome pack was cute.
