The food was exceptional throughout our stay, with every meal beautifully presented and full of flavor. The team also surprised us with a lovely cake and handled our dietary needs without fuss. It felt personal and sincere. We were celebrating my 30th birthday, and the service made it special from the moment we arrived. Jiji from Guest Relations made everything feel personal and seamless, while Diego from Concierge was attentive and thoughtful. Their care and professionalism left a lasting impression. Everyone was warm and considerate, and I’ve never had better service at a hotel. We felt so well looked after and can’t wait to return to Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona. Highly recommend it for a luxurious, thoughtful stay in Barcelona.

They made both us and our dog feel completely welcome, which is unusual at a high-end restaurant. The staff were kind and accommodating to her throughout our visit. Service was excellent, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the food was outstanding. It felt warm and relaxed, and you could tell they care about their customers, including four-legged guests. We’ll definitely return and would recommend it for a special meal with thoughtful hospitality.

The spa team put together a special wellness routine for us, including time in a private jacuzzi. It was a deeply relaxing highlight of our four days at the Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona. Diego from Concierge also made exploring the city easy and enjoyable with his knowledge, recommendations, and willingness to help. He was always approachable and clearly cared about giving guests a great experience. We were celebrating my wife’s 30th birthday, and Jiji from Guest Experience went above and beyond. The room was decorated with balloons and roses, and the eggless birthday cake was thoughtful and delicious. That attention to personal preferences made a real difference. From arrival onward, the staff were warm, careful, and professional. Everyone we met reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence. We left with unforgettable memories, and the stay exceeded our expectations. We’d happily return and recommend Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona for a special occasion.

Juana and Hugo at Banker’s Bar made our evenings a highlight of the trip. They were welcoming, professional, and attentive to detail. The concierge team also knew the local scene well, got us a table at a restaurant we’d been wanting to try, and gave us wonderful city suggestions. Service throughout the Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona was seamless, and the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Whether you’re staying at the hotel or just stopping in for a cocktail, they make it a world-class experience. I can’t recommend it enough.

We had Freddie serving us at the Bank Bar at the Mandarin Oriental two nights in a row, and he was a delight. So kind and attentive, he made our drinks visits wonderful. We really didn’t want to leave!
