The area was lovely and the location was brilliant. The apartment was clean and had most of what a family with young children needs, though not every apartment has the terrace shown in the listing. Check-in was very difficult with a toddler and baby. The listing made it sound like reception was staffed, but it’s actually automated and managed remotely, and that clearly doesn’t work well. Others have mentioned running into problems with it too.

We had a very good three-night Easter stay, with no real issues. It worked well for us because we were happy with an apartment rather than a traditional hotel. There were two comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two singles, plus a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom stocked with towels, handwash, shower gel, and toilet tissue. The apartments are well located, 5-6 minutes from Diagnol Metro, one block from lots of restaurants, and two blocks from a main shopping street. Breakfast was left in the fridge the night before and included a sandwich, juice, fruit, yoghurt, and cookies. We'd completed the online instructions ahead of time, so check-in was fairly straightforward. The team responds quickly on What’s App, though not so much by email. There were no clear directions for disposing of rubbish from the room.

The room was great and close to everything, and they do respond on WhatsApp. Check-in was a bit of a mess, though. We waited 1.5hr past check-in time to get into the room, even though they’d contacted us a few days earlier to confirm when we’d arrive. The cabinets need some repair and maintenance from wear and tear. I’d definitely stay again, hopefully with a smoother check-in.

We parked in a multi-storey car park just a 2 minutes walk away, and check-in was easy. Filling out the pre-check-in forms meant we could just pick up the key card on arrival. We stayed one night before moving to a villa outside the city for my husband's 50th birthday. The apartment hotel was wonderful, breakfast was nice, and the extra birthday treat was a lovely touch.

The staff were helpful throughout our stay, especially Carmen. We had a great time at the Murmuri Residence. The space was large, clean, and nicely furnished.
