The staff were lovely, and staying here felt like being at home. The activities helped create that feeling, and I made new friends along the way. Cooking and eating together at the 9 pm activity was fun. I had such a great experience that I've found the place I'll stay on future trips. It's calm and fun, comfortable, and easy to get to. Right in the heart of Barcelona.

The all-girls room didn't feel safe. Our male neighbours broke into it, and we had rude bunkmates. Staff were rude and unwelcoming, the kitchen was untidy, and the bathrooms were messy. The website also didn't mention the no-alcohol rule, and there isn't even a vending machine.

A lovely, safe hostel. I stayed with a friend, and we made friends with the other guests and people working there. It's very central, with a metro station just down the road :)

A Graffiti artist who lives there is very aggressive toward anyone he considers different from himself. This place has guests too, and you can't just scream at people over every little thing. It made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

I’d happily recommend this hostel, and I’d like to come back myself. The people working and volunteering there were so kind that I felt like one of the team. It was one of the best hostel stays I’ve had, and I won’t forget it. Thanks to everyone.
