The room I moved to the next day was much better, with doors I could open onto a street view. It got a little noisy later because of the bars, but that was fine. The beds were comfortable and the showers were good. The breakfast box looked cute in the morning, though I'd rather have breakfast food than sandwiches. The other bits were good quality too. The first room was cramped and had no view. Getting to the balcony meant climbing out a window, which felt dangerous. There was no cold water tap wiring, the balcony was dirty, smoking wasn't allowed, and there was litter outside. I also found a dirty cup and an old Nespresso pod in a machine that didn't work properly. I asked to move on the first night, but they didn't do it until the next day.

The customer service really stood out, and the staff were incredibly kind. I'll definitely pick one of their properties elsewhere in Europe for future trips. Well deserved five stars.

It's a clean, small room that gives you a chance to experience an old building. The metro is only five steps away, yet the area isn't crowded or noisy. There's a bakery, supermarket, and good places for breakfast and lunch nearby.

The team was helpful whenever we had a question. Our arrival was nicely prepared, with coffee, milk, water and beer left out, and the cleaning staff had everything in order. Numa Roca is beautiful, clean and extremely well located. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Barcelona was easy to explore from this spot in the heart of the city, and we can't wait to return. Numa Roca Rooms was charming, modern and carefully designed, with a spotless, well-equipped room that felt cozy and comfortable. The team was thoughtful and quick to respond, and their little touches made the stay better. Thanks to the Numa team for making our trip special. We'd absolutely recommend staying here.
