I didn’t feel it was good value for the price. The mattress was far too soft and uncomfortable, and the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. The shower was very dirty and stained, and the soap dispensers weren’t refilled at any point during my stay. The whole experience was disappointing.

The hotel itself looks nice, the PIN code made entry easy, and the room had a fridge. The TV worked with Chromecast. But the room was hot, the air conditioning didn’t work, and there was a lot of noise from the street and the nearby lift. Bring very good earplugs if you stay here. Hot water only lasted a few minutes, and on the final day I got a freezing shower after about 30 seconds. There was no real human service, not even anyone emptying the bin. Every problem meant messaging a WhatsApp number. On my last day, I wanted to leave my bags in the downstairs storage lockers, but they were all switched off. I was told someone would get back to me in 5-10 minutes. An hour later, I was dragging my luggage around Barcelona, which completely ruined my last day. It felt overpriced for zero service, and there are much nicer hotels in Barcelona.

Not recommended. The rooms are small, and at over €250 a night, I don’t understand why they can’t include cleaning to vacuum the five square metres they offer. Overpriced.

We were close enough to walk to the main sights, right between Gracia and Passeig de Gracia. The room was spotless and comfortable, and I really liked the courtyard inside. The place is cute, and the free coffee and drinks when we arrived were much appreciated.
