We loved the apartment’s authentic style and beautifully renovated interior. It had all the amenities, including a washing machine and dishwasher, with capsules for both. The staff were very attentive, and there’s a delicious burger place right next door. We were absolutely delighted at first. But we had to pay an extra €300 when we moved in to cover possible damage. We left the apartment in perfect condition, yet waited more than a week for the refund. My husband messaged several times, and only after we contacted them again did they process it. Now we have to wait another week for the money to arrive. Chasing them repeatedly to get our own money back was unpleasant, and it ruined our impression. We won’t return. Draw your own conclusions.
