Private Pool Garden Apartments

We were told they would transfer the deposit on 23 September 2023, two to three months after we moved out. Since then, we’ve called, emailed, and messaged on WhatsApp without getting our €1900 deposit back. It’s now been over two months, and we haven’t even received an explanation or reply. The last response said a man named Amir would take care of it, but whenever we ask for him at the My Space Barcelona office, he’s never there. I don’t know what else we should do. The apartment was registered under HARSH TIWARY, and I’m his roommate, BHAVYA SHAH. I wrote a review 10 days ago and emailed as requested, but they still haven’t answered. I’m repeating the reservation name so they can find it in their system instead of giving excuses. We wouldn’t book here again. I’m sure this has happened to others, and it shouldn’t happen to anyone. I really wouldn’t recommend this place. If anyone can help us, we’d be grateful. You asked me to email, so please reply to it.

We spent three days in Barcelona for work, and were outside working most of the time, coming back late to sleep. On the second day we couldn’t sleep because construction was happening in the same building. I messaged them through Booking about the noise, but got no answer. I thought, fine, one more day and we’re leaving. After the stay, they kept our 400€ deposit, claiming we had made noise in the apartment. They also charged 60€ for late check-in and extra taxes, even though at booking they said everything was included in the price. I tried calling, but they told me to email the owner, who never replied. They’re scammers.

The balcony had a breathtaking view over the sea and mountains, and the location was handy, with restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short walk away. Inside, the apartment was spotless and had everything I needed to relax in a cozy, comfortable space. The modern, elegant decor helped create a peaceful feel. The staff were always available with answers and help, and the service was exceptional. I had a spectacular, unforgettable stay and would definitely return on my next visit.

I’m a regular customer of My Space Barcelona. On one visit, the apartment wasn’t ready when I arrived because the previous guest checked out late. They handled the inconvenience really well, with flowers, wine, and chocolates, and let me check out later at no extra charge. Since then, I call them whenever I visit Barcelona and get top-notch service. The private garden and pool are priceless, and my security deposit was returned promptly.
