The location made getting around so easy. We could walk to restaurants, shopping, and the Gaudi buildings, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The apartment was roomy enough for all six of us: me, my husband, our son, my mother, and my parents-in-law. Nuria and Thais were lovely and helpful, replying to messages within minutes and arranging our airport transfers. We just checked out after a wonderful 10/10 stay. Great for families!

Our vacation in Spain was marred from the very first day. Some sentimental jewelry was stolen from our bathroom. The manager had been inside our apartment while we were out, looking after a small issue for us. Be careful about who may be in your things while you're away. You don't know who might be snooping around and helping themselves.

My friend's jewelry disappeared from her bedroom while the four of us were out. We had asked the woman who checked us in to look at a coffee maker that was leaking, but it was never fixed. My friend contacted management several times about the stolen jewelry, and they weren't helpful or did anything to recover it. I'd recommend staying somewhere else.

The staff member was kind and made us feel welcome, and this was a lovely first impression of Barcelona. We spent four days here with my family. The rooms were elegant and tidy, with a spacious shared living room and kitchen, and I found the details thoughtful. The location worked well for a short visit since you can reach most attractions by cab without needing to use public transport. I'd definitely stay here again.
