The flat was spacious and the location was good, but that's the only reason I gave two stars. We had a frightening experience late one night when someone banged aggressively on our door and shouted for help. We didn't know if they were trying to break in, and we were scared. The listing said 24/7 emergency support, but the host didn't answer our calls or messages, even though they were marked as read. We felt abandoned in what might have been a dangerous situation. We also weren't told that check-in was incomplete and never got clear instructions. When we contacted the host afterward, they were rude and unhelpful. The front door felt flimsy and unsafe, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the flat isn't suitable for seven people, maybe six at most. With the poor communication and lack of support, I wouldn't recommend this property.

The building was still under construction, and the apartment wasn't ready for guests at all. Construction workers were still working inside, dust was everywhere, the kitchen had no water, the bathroom had no hot water, and there were exposed electric wires in the kitchen. We arrived at the agreed time, but the owner didn't answer the call. When we finally reached them, they did nothing to fix the situation and didn't find us another place to stay. I can't recommend this place.

The host is impossible to reach, and we wouldn't stay here again. The rooms don't look like the pictures, and the walls are so thin you can hear absolutely everything both inside and outside the apartments.

There were a few little things I could complain about, but the price more than makes up for them. The location was great, and I think this was probably the best value for money.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The place was the worst, and the neighbourhood felt super dangerous.
