The daily cleaning was good, and otherwise the accommodation was decent, but I can’t recommend it after the problems we had and the lack of response when I asked for a partial refund. Air conditioning was listed when I booked, but it was broken throughout our stay. Management replied to my report with a screenshot showing the thermostat at 18c and a puppy-dog-eyes emoji. Indoors it was easily 28c and humid at night, so sleeping was very difficult. It seems they’ve since removed air conditioning from the listing, but it was there at the time I made my reservation. This is shared accommodation, and other guests repeatedly disturbed the peace. They came back in the early morning extremely drunk, slammed doors, switched on lights, argued, and left the bathroom locked after leaving it, so other guests couldn’t get in. Fortunately, my traveling partner used to be a locksmith and managed to get the bathroom open again. The incidents went against the stated quiet hours of 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. When I contacted the property about everything and requested a partial refund, they didn’t reply at all.

The room we booked wasn’t the one the staff gave us. It was really small and hot, and they charged me for checking in late. I also had to pay the full amount in advance. What a mess.

The room smelled unpleasant, and the towels were dirty, which was awful for our family of three. The owner later said towels are changed only for stays of five days or more. I don’t understand the charge for such poor service, and I’d never recommend this place. It could ruin your trip. We booked through booking.com because we needed laundry facilities while traveling with our family. At check-in, a woman who said she was the receptionist told us there was a washing machine, as listed in the amenities, but didn’t mention the fee. When I raised the missing fee information on booking.com, she made what felt like hysterical excuses and didn’t apologize.
