During our four-day stay, the Wi-Fi didn't work, the bathroom kept flooding, and the washing machine leaked. They also charged me €120 for a locksmith, even though we'd left the keys on the table as instructed and their cleaner was already inside the property. Terrible experience. Avoid this place!

You can hear the street and neighbors, which comes with choosing a location like this. The apartment was pleasant and very well equipped, and the location was excellent. One bedroom is quite small and has no window for ventilation. Recommended!
8/10
It was clean and comfortable, in a good location, and had all the amenities. The main drawback was all the restrictions: no balcony use after 10 pm and penalties for stained towels. I got nervous about the towel rule and ended up using my own.
4/10
The apartment was clean, but the equipment was faulty and the value for money was terrible. The city is expensive, and accommodation prices follow that trend, but this place was especially overpriced. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late; even with proof from the airline, they wouldn't waive the late check-in fee. The contract laid out a lot of measures and rules, with fines if we didn't follow them. I've never paid so much for something so plainly inflated. Being near Sagrada Família doesn't justify the expense.

Clean, practical, and in a very good location.
