Stay Barcelona Maragall

It’s just outside the downtown bustle, but Sagrada Familia and Parc Del Guinardo are within walking distance. There’s a supermarket next door, plus a bakery and coffee on the same block. The place was very clean, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Staff were accommodating and kept my luggage while I went to Girona for a night, which saved me carrying the extra weight. Highly recommend!

I booked without being sure about the hotel, but the room was a pleasant surprise: spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff helped us at check-in when someone in our party realized they’d left their phone on the plane. They helped us make the calls we needed, and we got the phone back thanks to them. We stayed mid September 2025. It’s a well located boutique hotel within walking distance of Sagrada Familia. There’s a little market beside it for ready-made food, fresh fruit and vegetables, and a bakery next to that serving espresso-based drinks. Clean and good value.

I booked this place by mistake while looking for a bypillow near Placa Catalunya, but I didn’t regret it. The room was big and squeaky clean. There’s a cafe downstairs and a playground for kids nearby.

The balcony was lovely, and the rooms were nice. Our room did have a faint odd smell, though housekeeping did a great job cleaning and left it smelling nice. Checking in was pleasant, and we didn’t need any further help from staff. A bus stop right outside goes to the attractions. The metro is 8-15 minutes away, so we mostly took the bus to avoid walking. Getting to places like sangrada familia, park guell, barcoloneta took about 30-50 minutes. It was a good stay, with the subtle smell as the main complaint.
