The White Flats Les Corts

The location was my favorite part. Diagonal is a six-minute walk away, buses connect to Paseo de Gracia, Plaza Cataluna, Las Ramblas and other spots, and Camp Nou is reachable on foot or by bus. The apartment itself is beautiful and cozy. The bathroom is cramped, and the AC worked terribly in summer. We had to time our showers or we couldn’t get hot water. Cleaning was only surface level, and we weren’t asked about allergies before arriving. We spent about 12 days breathing in fine, thick white lint. My daughter had a serious allergic reaction, and after I saw a doctor, I was diagnosed with a lung infection and put on medication. I bought an air purifier, and its filter quickly filled with lint that was nearly impossible to touch. When I raised it with the manager, she said, “it is what it is, if you don't like it, you can find another place.” The customer service was awful. I booked a room at a hotel where I usually stay, and luckily they had availability for the last two days of my reservation. After I spoke to the manager again, she arranged for the dirty areas to be cleaned and ozone air treatment. The difference was obvious when I went back in. They had only offered to clean the apartment twice during my whole stay.

Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were lovely. Booking and communication were quick and efficient. The apartment was clean and suited our needs, with good restaurants within walking distance. The area felt safe and was clean too. It’s in Les Corts, a few minutes from the L3 metro, so the city is only about 10 minutes away. The Turistica hop on hop off bus is around an eight-minute walk. I’d happily recommend it.

We stayed in one of the three-bedroom apartments with two couples and a toddler. It had everything we needed, was super clean, and was close to both a bus stop and metro station. Hot water never caused us any trouble. The host was super nice!

The staff are across the street from the rental, which was really helpful. It’s in a safe part of town, clean, and near the metro, so getting around is easy. I’d stay in the same place again without hesitation.
