The flat wasn't worth the price, especially compared with similar places I've stayed in during my frequent trips to Barcelona. There were hairs and mold, old cheap furniture, banging doors with no soundproofing, and an unpleasant common area. The customer service was the bigger letdown: hidden fees, conflicting information, no one answering the phone at 10h45 in the morning, and no return call after I left a message. They don't listen to customers and seem focused on getting money out of them, with little self-assessment.
2/10
They confirmed the booking and took extra charges, but wouldn't let me in. The owner never arrived at the agreed time, and the phone number was fake. The worst experience.
8/10
I liked how the interior was laid out. The design was thoughtful, and the space was used well.
