We stayed for 10 days and had no housekeeping, with only 2 towels per person. For what I paid, I expected more. The staff were really rude whenever we asked them anything, so I don't recommend the place. They also kept €100 out of our €200 deposit. Nothing was broken, and I couldn't see any reason for that deduction.

We paid a lot for the accommodation, but the apartment's management didn't seem worth the price. It was the worst place I stayed in Spain during my 12 days there. There was no room service during our four-day stay, and nobody told us where to take the rubbish. We packed it all up anyway, but €50 was still taken from our deposit. Staff read our messages in the chat app and didn't respond, and there were many unfair terms. We were also charged 30 euros for checking in at 11pm, then had to leave at 5am to go to the airport.

The staff helped with check-in and kept our luggage until it was time, which we appreciated. Be sure to sort out the details with them electronically before you travel. The apartment is in the middle of a busy neighborhood, and I liked feeling like a local there. If a lively area isn't your thing, you probably won't enjoy it.
