Hotel Zenit Borrell

Loved the vibe here. It was super clean and hygienic, and breakfast was soooo good. Not gonna lie, it’s the best hotel I’ve ever seen. I’d love to stay longer!

The location, price and room itself were all really good. I’d requested separate beds, and the receptionist assured me I’d get them, but I was given a king-size bed instead. It fortunately wasn’t a problem for me, though I think the staff should pay closer attention to requests.

Beautiful breakfast, friendly service and daily room cleaning, all in an elegant, modern and stylish place with a moody vibe. This is my top-quality stay and my only choice in Barcelona. I’d just like the restaurant and bar on the beautiful terrace to stay open longer.

In July 2024, we expected to spend just two nights in Barcelona. On the last day, my husband had to go to the emergency unit with what turned out to be a life-threatening condition. I chose this hotel because of its good reviews and its closeness to the hospital. His condition remained critical, so for the next five weeks I kept extending my stay. It was an extremely stressful time, so far from home. This is a long overdue thank you to the staff and management. They were professional with all the practical details and showed me warmth every day. Especially to those of you at reception, your empathy and genuine concern will never be forgotten. You know who you are, and you were amazing. We hope to visit you this December in good health. If we could give more than five stars, we would. You are unique.
