The two terraces in our spacious, well-designed sea-view room gave us wonderful views across Barcelona, from sunrise through sunset. Day and night, the city skyline, sea and lights were breathtaking, and we’ll remember them for a long time. The hotel pools were another highlight. Both indoors and outdoors, they’re lovely places to relax, swim or sunbathe while taking in that spectacular view. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was attentive, professional and reliable, and greeted us with a smile. The room had everything we needed for a peaceful, comfortable stay. We enjoyed every moment and would be delighted to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury, comfort and incredible views of Barcelona.

The service was a letdown. Even with several servers around, it was hard to get anyone’s attention, and we had to call out repeatedly to order or ask for something. One staff member said he’d be back in a second to take our order, but didn’t come back, and it happened more than once. We eventually asked another waitress. We came to METT Barcelona for the famous terrace, hoping for drinks and tapas, and the setting really does live up to its reputation. The city view is stunning, especially in summer, when it’s a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The drinks were well made, though a bit pricey. The location and view make that feel reasonable. Still, a five-star hotel should offer more attentive, polished service. With some improvement, the experience could match those beautiful surroundings.

I’ve been to this spa twice, and both visits were amazing. Ariana, the SPA manager, is a real gem: professional, attentive and thoughtful. She noticed every little detail and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She really made me feel surrounded by care and relaxation. The spa is beautiful and peaceful, with one of the best views in Barcelona. The location is perfect, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant deserves a mention too, with delicious food and outstanding service. The team keeps checking in to make sure everything is right. It’s a wonderful place for a relaxing day or weekend in Barcelona. The management should be proud of a team like this. Truly a “wow” experience. Thank you 🙏🏼 You are incredible 💛 I’ll be back soon.

The reception team made things easy and comfortable, especially Diana. I’m not sure of her exact role, but she was always ready to answer questions, gave clear guidance, and was incredibly kind and welcoming, always with a warm smile. The hotel itself was outstanding, with beautiful rooms and an incredible view. The food was absolutely excellent. Ten out of ten.

We could really relax and enjoy all the beauty and style around us. The spa deserves special mention, it’s top standard. The staff were so kind and attentive, and the hotel itself is wonderful. Our room felt magical, with a terrace and high ceilings. The sea and sunset views were breathtaking, and the garden and city views were stunning. Thank you, we’ll definitely be back 💕
