It’s a lovely place, and the staff were so helpful. Laura at the Sky Bar was especially friendly, and my son loved the pizzas she made for him at Al Taglio. Nicholas and the entertainers around the pool were great too, and I even won a cocktail. Ivan in the bar was really friendly as well.

We had a wonderful time in these beautiful, unusual lodges, and the facilities were excellent. The food was delicious, especially the pizzas and cocktails. Everyone was so welcoming, with a special hello to Laura! ☺️

The location was great, and there were room types with the essentials we needed. Service could be patchy, though, and we had trouble with the spa and getting an explanation of how things worked. We also dealt with ants and could have used more hooks for pool and beach gear. Still, I’d stay again.

This has been my best hotel experience so far. It was easy to get to, had parking, and was very close to beautiful beaches. It’s friendly for pets and families, and everyone from reception to the kitchen was lovely. Everything was clean, the food was amazing, and I’ll definitely be back!

We booked nine nights on our second stay, two years after the first, and asked to add one more. At check-in, reception said we could keep the same room for the whole booking. Then, the day before we were due to leave, they told us to move downstairs beside reception. The new room was a downgrade, with a different room type and balcony view, and we had to pack everything and clear out our room. It’s a shame, because we thought we’d found a place to return to often. We won’t come a third time.
