Apartamento Completo Maravall Centro

The place was dirty.

The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are pretty good, but the mattresses still need replacing. We stayed last year and I brought it up then. You go on holiday to rest, and sleeping well on those mattresses is impossible. I know four new ones would be a big expense, but I really think you should consider it. It would also have been helpful to use the washing machine. My baby wet the bed, and when I asked the owner, she said no. I found that very rude. Best regards.

The apartment’s best feature is its location, with everything close by. The key pickup was the hardest part, and we also had Wi-Fi trouble, so we had to call customer service for help fixing it. The mattresses are unbelievably uncomfortable and we slept terribly. The ceiling fan hardly moves the air, so we were mostly just hot. I expected something different, and honestly, we wouldn’t return.

I had booked two nights for €100, but got COVID-19 a week before I was due to arrive. Even with a positive test result, the owner wouldn’t refund me. Disgraceful!
