My room had a lot of bugs, so I changed rooms. The new one was too noisy for me to sleep at night.

Avoid this place. It was the worst stay I’ve had. The Latino receptionist on the morning shift was aggressive and very rude. The room smelled of smoke and the sheets weren’t clean. The place is used for explicit adult activities.

The first room they gave us had just one bed for three people. After we complained, they moved us to one with two beds and a private bathroom, though we hadn’t asked for that. The replacement still reeked of cigarette smoke, despite the No Smoking signs. Two people in our group woke with itchy skin, even though they’d avoided the questionable sheets. Thin walls let through noise all night, from different sources, and sleep was nearly impossible. We’d booked for three at €60 on Booking.com, with private parking, after the photos looked at least passable. On arrival, they said there was no parking, despite our having confirmed it by phone. The entrance was barred, and inside there was a strong mix of cigarette smoke and what smelled like oil used for two days. The street was filthy and the area felt questionable. It’s in Seville’s suburbs, far from the city center. The whole experience felt unprofessional and inconsistent. Nobody in their right mind should stay here. Avoid it.

The only thing that fell short was weak wifi on video calls, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. This was the nicest hostel I’ve stayed in: beautiful inside, with a lovely pool, bar and lounge, and rooms. The staff were very helpful.
