We keep coming back because every stay has been excellent and great value. Our Cockapoo is welcomed too, with a bed, bowls and a little treat. The staff are lovely, and nothing seems like too much trouble. Tamara at Reception deserves a special mention for being so helpful and warm. The location is fantastic, right at the start of Poniente Beach and just a few minutes from bars, restaurants and shops in both the old and new town. A sea view room is worth considering for the sunrise and sunset. The hotel faces the beach, but the rooms are quiet. They can get warm, though you can use the A/C. The beds and pillows are super comfy, and the bathrooms are spacious, with Rituals toiletries but no conditioner. There’s a mini-fridge in the room, but no kettle or coffee maker. Reception has those if you need them. TV has only a couple of English channels. Breakfast is fine, with a small selection, and good value. There are coin operated lockers for luggage, €1 each and refundable. We usually use one of the covered public car parks, all about a 6-7 minute walk away and around €18 per day. Street parking is free if you get lucky.

The staff were friendly and welcoming the whole time, and housekeeping kept the room clean and fresh every day. I slept really well in the comfortable bed, and the sea view from my room was breathtaking. Waking up to it each morning made the stay unforgettable. I had a wonderful visit and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We’d love to return soon. The hotel was modern, relaxed and friendly, and the staff went out of their way to help after another hotel let us down. Our double room was spacious and modern, with a fantastic balcony view. The bed was huge and comfortable, and it was quiet. We also liked that things like the safe and iron didn’t come with extra charges, since those costs can add up. The location worked really well, with a peaceful feel but easy access to good shops and restaurants. Lovely Dove park is just down the road. This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, including places rated four stars and above.

The location made it easy to get to both the old and new town, and they even had some Halloween decorations up. Breakfast was delicious, with loads to choose from. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and had everything we needed. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and I loved the Rituals soap in the bathroom. A nice touch.
