Hotel Fleming Center by Punta 25

The location is great, close to the beach and Old Town, and it was very quiet at night. We stayed four nights over New Year. The room was clean and basic, but there was no hot water in the morning, and we had to wait until at least lunchtime for it to heat up. Check-in was at the sister hotel and was a very pleasant experience. The reception staff were lovely, arranged our transfer and let us have a late checkout for a small fee. Overall, a positive review.

Check-in was an absolute shambles. There’s one reception for two hotels, so we wasted an hour going back and forth, then had more waiting because two key cards didn’t work. This should be prevented. I’ve stayed in many Benidorm hotels, and this was by far the worst. I’ll never stay here again.

The hotel was quiet, and the room was great, with a little balcony, air conditioning and a TV. I stayed for six nights. The location and service were great too. My only feedback is that the beds are quite uncomfortable.

For under £100 for three nights, it’s grand. This is just accommodation, with no bar or pool. There’s no reception either, so you have to pick up the keys from a hotel five minutes away. The place is very basic, but the rooms are clean and the air conditioning worked well. For the price, the main thing I’d mark it down for is the basic beds, which felt a bit like camping beds. If you like a good bed, this place isn’t for you.
