Gemelos XXII

The garden and pool are beautiful, and the balcony has a fantastic view. It’s a lovely spot to spend the day, with the sea and town only about a 5-10 minute walk away. The rooms are reasonably roomy too. A few things could be better: one room has no air conditioning and is hard to cool down, and the sofa bed isn’t very comfortable for a fifth person. The furniture and even the pans in the cupboard are showing their age.

Everything in the complex seemed well cared for, and the apartment was clean. The mattresses and sofa were really comfortable. My 9-year-old son had a great time, so we’ll come back.

We’ve picked Gemelos 22 countless times, and once again it suited us best. The apartment was renovated, the free air conditioning worked perfectly, and the living room furniture was good. The modern fold-out corner sofa was the one uncomfortable bit. There were three elevators available. The beds and mattresses were excellent, with plenty of closet space in the bedroom. Both bathrooms were great, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, each with a toilet, and one also had a bidet. The kitchen had a tall fridge-freezer, microwave, four-burner induction hob, oven and extractor. We also had a roomy balcony with lovely furniture, facing the sunny side, pool and garden.

We’ve been coming for years and hope to keep doing so. Gemelos 22 has three towers around a lovely central garden, with two swimming pools, a kids’ pool with toys, and a heated indoor pool too. Many apartments in towers 1 and 2 belong to the Dutch booking agency Siroco. The staff are professional and friendly, including receptionists Noortje and Nathasja, technical staff Paco, and the cleaning team.
