The staff made us feel valued, always smiling and ready to help. The hotel had a welcoming, lively atmosphere that never felt noisy, and we got a complimentary bottle of champagne as a lovely surprise. Our family spent a wonderful week at Hotel RH Princesa, and it worked really well with the kids. The food was fresh and tasty, with lots of choices for children and adults, so we looked forward to every meal. Our room was cleaned daily and left spotless and tidy, and the whole place seemed well maintained. We'd happily return and recommend Hotel RH Princesa to families or anyone wanting a comfortable, friendly stay.

When we arrived late at night, each of us got a goodie bag with a sandwich, water, cakes and fresh fruit. The staff were lovely, the facilities very clean, and there are enough elevators that we never waited long. Food options were wide ranging, with something for fussy eaters and more adventurous tastes. Our three-person booking came with a double bed and a sofa bed pulled out from a chair, which wasn't comfortable and wasn't shown in the loveholidays photos or booking details. A gentleman at reception kindly moved us to a room with two double beds at no extra charge. The mattresses are quite firm, though that's down to personal preference. The outdoor pool wasn't an option because of the weather. There are various spa facilities, an indoor heated pool and a jacuzzi, but hotel guests have to pay to use them, just like non-guests. In the colder season, it would have been nice to have free access to the indoor pool for guests. The hotel itself is beautiful.

Friday dinner felt especially welcoming, with cava and tapas on arrival and a violinist playing for diners. My wife particularly enjoyed a one-to-one line dancing session with Melany, who taught her three routines in 30 minutes. The staff were always happy to help. We found the hotel relaxing and comfortable, with great facilities and good food that was better than at many four-star places. Full board was great value, and free wine and water with meals were a bonus.

We had room 1207 and enjoyed its nice views. Dinner was good, though I wasn't keen on the breakfast coffee or juice. The beach and old town are only a short walk away. Parking was sometimes difficult, but we eventually found a spot. I imagine it must be a nightmare in summer. We really enjoyed our stay.

The food in the very clean restaurant had plenty of variety, with something for everyone, and the waiting staff brought drinks at dinner. All the staff were polite, courteous and respectful, and the bar team were friendly in the evenings. The hotel was tidy throughout, and my room was spotless. The maid service came every day with fresh towels, and even folded my pyjamas. A**** to the hotel and staff.
