It’s a calm, central spot, about 10 minutes from the old town and the lively bar and restaurant areas. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind, efficient, and really dedicated. I’ll definitely come back. Thank you, Ale

I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Bilbao. It’s very clean, the room is kept tidy, and the staff are polite and easy to talk to. Their service feels special, and I think visitors will love staying here.

The staff are welcoming, and I was glad to find a water machine in the hallway. The location is ideal for getting around on foot, with everything within walking distance and both Moyua and Abando metro stations nearby.

The room was extremely small and the air conditioning barely worked, so it got really hot. I spent four long nights here with my family, and I didn’t feel safe walking around the nearby neighborhood. The staff even advised us not to walk in that direction. I booked after reading the reviews, but it wasn’t worth it. The hotel isn’t central, either: it’s an 18-minute walk from the old town and main attractions. I guess you get what you pay for.

For one night, Ibis had everything we needed, and it’s a budget friendly, dependable option. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a parking garage for €11 a night, but we only stopped briefly to unload our bags and the staff gave us a free parking ticket. The check-in lounge was nice, and there’s a small bar by reception. I also liked the large shower, refillable water bottle, hairdryer, and the option to make tea, coffee, or even an instant noodle cup. I did miss having hooks by the entrance for coats.
