The house and setting are great, and everything else was perfect. A few basic things were a hassle, though, especially since there aren't shops or services close by in the small village. We had just one toilet roll for each bathroom and a single rubbish bag for three days, which wasn't enough. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms or even a little shower gel. I also found a crack at one hinge of the toilet seat as soon as I went up to the room, after we'd been required to pay a deposit. I'd definitely come back, but these small details could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.

The owners were incredibly welcoming, and we came away with wonderful memories. We hope to return soon, and I'd happily recommend Ferreiru to anyone. It's a lovely country house in a picturesque mountain setting, and it's much bigger and more beautiful than the photos suggest. Very well equipped, with nothing missing.

The owner is very friendly, and the house itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. There are lots of things to do nearby, from cycling and horseback riding to hiking and visiting museums. The views and setting are hard to beat. The Bear Trail starts right behind the house for long walks, while another path out front leads down to a river.

The hosts are charming, and the price is very good. There's a lovely barbecue and a big garden, with unbeatable views, and the house is right next to the Bear Trail. It was clean and treated with ozone, and very well maintained with attention to detail. A magnificent house.
