The pool and its setting are lovely, with perfect views, and the hotel made for a very nice holiday. Service through the app at the pool worked really well. Staff were all friendly, though early in the season they seemed to be finding their rhythm, and we sometimes had to repeat orders. Our room had comfortable beds and we slept well. The shower was excellent, and the balcony got lovely sun. The sink area’s design was odd, and as my wife put it, there wasn’t a proper place to get ready. The TV was also unreliable: Netflix, YouTube and casting wouldn’t work even after we reported it to maintenance. Maybe I’m nitpicking, but we had a lovely stay.

The staff are what really made this hotel stand out. I was arranging a surprise trip for my wife, and the team went out of their way to coordinate all the details, making her stay unforgettable. The renovated rooms are beautiful, the views are stunning and the facilities are top-notch. If you want a place where guests are genuinely cared for, this is it!

My room had a jacuzzi on the terrace, with a beautiful view and loads of privacy. I loved the indoor pool too, the temperature was perfect for enjoying it. The area is beautiful, close to Palma and the spectacular Illetes beach. Esther at guest service made check-in lovely: she was friendly, explained everything I needed to know and made me feel welcome. The food was very good, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I fell in love with this hotel, would recommend it 100% and will definitely return.

The breakfast buffet was great and the staff were incredibly helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel that I’d totally recommend. My only comment is that the pool closes early, around 6pm.

The beach was great, and getting around was easy with the bus right outside. The views were magical, so it’s worth getting a sea-view room. The bedding felt luxurious, the hotel was wonderful and every staff member was kind. We’ll be back.
