The beach and sea views from the balcony were stunning, and it was an easy walk to the beach, bars, and shops. The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, and rooms were cleaned each morning. It was a relaxing stay. Breakfast and dinner were buffets, but few dishes were labelled, especially desserts. The only hot food we found in the evening was soup, so we tried warming our meals in the microwave. Breakfast omelettes were the best, and the crepes cooked one evening came hot straight to our plates. There wasn't much space for sunbeds by the pool and they went quickly, so we used the beach beds instead, which cost 20.50 euros for two. We had to wear wristbands, and purchases from the snack and drinks bars had to be paid for by card.

The room and its view were amazing, and all the staff were lovely. There was a decent range of nice food each night. The all-inclusive drinks weren't the best, but at the price I can't complain much. The entertainment was fun, and there were plenty of nearby bars for nights when we weren't as interested. Angie made us feel especially welcome.

From the hotel you step straight into shops, bars, and restaurants, with sandy beaches on either side. It was clean and tidy, with staff keeping it that way. Our second-floor room was spacious, had everything we needed, a good sea view, and a really comfortable bed. Miguel in the restaurant was always cheerful and welcoming, though the poolside bar could improve. I don't think they liked their new uniforms. The sunbeds were very comfortable if you managed to get one. To do that, be ready to join the queue at reception around 7:00, ahead of the pool doors opening at 8. We had a great seven days and would happily recommend it to friends and family or come back ourselves.

The location worked well, with bars and restaurants in either direction since there isn't really a centre. It's at the end of Parma Nova, about a ten-minute walk from Magaluf. Every room has a beach or sea view, and ours was spotless. We stayed half board for a week and found plenty of food choices, with seats outside at our preferred dining spot. Drinks cost extra unless you're all-inclusive, apart from morning coffee and juice, but prices seemed among the island's cheapest. Wine was 3.60 euros a glass and cocktails about 6.50 euros. There was live entertainment every night, and though it depends on your music taste, we stayed for it a few times. I'd recommend the hotel.
