4U Miranda - Adults Only

The room and hotel felt neglected and dirty from the beginning, with no sense that things had been cleaned properly. During our three-night stay, my partner’s watch and power bank disappeared from the room. We only noticed while packing to leave, and we’re almost certain one of the cleaners took them. We told reception, but they showed no concern and offered no apology or help. Hotels.com also contacted the hotel about a refund, but they refused to accept responsibility. What was supposed to be a short, affordable stay at a supposedly nice family-run place turned awful. We left angry and disgusted by how little they cared about our missing belongings. I would never stay there again and strongly recommend avoiding 4u Miranda in Mallorca.

It's a quiet spot, with the beach and restaurants only about five minutes away. I slept peacefully, and the prices were moderate. The hotel is central, but the area itself has no outside noise. The team made the stay feel special. There was always free water and coffee, and breakfast had plenty to choose from, including lots of options for me as a vegan. They were wonderful with my dog too, more pet-friendly than anywhere I’d stayed before. The cleaning ladies did a great job, and the receptionist was attentive and always tried to help. Service and cleanliness were excellent. I have lovely memories of this hotel and will definitely come back. I’m grateful to the whole team for making it such a good experience.

The hotel's response when we reported the missing items was the worst part. We told reception right away that my watch and power bank had been stolen from our room, but the staff showed complete indifference. There was no apology, help, or meaningful assistance with something serious that had happened on the property. Their lack of concern was shocking and made the distress even worse. The room was also noticeably dirty and poorly maintained, nowhere near basic cleanliness and hygiene standards. This was a three-night stay, and the theft left me feeling unsafe and violated. The whole trip was ruined. I would urge future travelers to avoid this hotel if they care about their belongings, safety, and basic customer care. It failed us on security, cleanliness, and responsibility toward guests.

The staff were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was great too, with lots of choice and fresh food, and everything was very clean.
