The rooms were extremely clean and smelled lovely. There is heating, but no air conditioning, so hot weather won't make for a comfortable stay. The service was the main issue for me. A gentleman received us late in the evening and was there again the next morning. He wasn't pleasant to deal with, and I felt his attitude was wrong for someone welcoming guests. Aside from that, it was good.

Our three days went by too quickly, and we'll definitely return. The hotel was always neat and clean, with an immaculate kitchen, and our room and bathroom were spacious and well equipped. Check-in and checkout by code were convenient, since we didn't need to carry keys. It's a quiet little village tucked among lovely mountains and forests, with lots of hiking trails. Norelys was lovely and gave us great tips, including the beautiful Monte del Alba trail with its stream, waterfalls, and plenty of shade. Nearby there's a bakery, restaurant with delicious food, pharmacy, and supermarket. Breakfast was homemade and delicious, with fresh orange juice, and there was also a fridge stocked with cold drinks.

Nore, the manager, was lovely, and breakfast was delicious. The room was quiet and very spacious, the mattress and pillow were comfortable, and everything was clean. Good location, too, and the shower had excellent water pressure.
