Amic Can Pastilla Hotel

Housekeeping was excellent, and the woman looking after the room was so kind and kept it spotless. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and celebrated his birthday there. The view was perfect, and the hotel was peaceful, with no noise from neighbors. It's close to both the airport and the beach, and was budget-friendly. I'd recommend it for families or friends. My one suggestion would be to provide a kettle in the room, so it's easier to make tea or coffee.

The vending machines were good 👍 The international airport in Majorca is nearby, about ten minutes by car. By bus it's around half an hour, and it drops you about three blocks away.

The location is hard to beat, just minutes from the beach, bars, supermarket, shops, and plenty of places to eat. Staff were helpful and the people were lovely. It's a good, inexpensive place if you mainly need somewhere to sleep and plan trips from. Our room needed some care, though. The drawers and wardrobe fell apart when opened, so we didn't use them. That wasn't a big issue for our short stay with a small suitcase, but could be a problem for longer visits. The air conditioning also kept switching on and off noisily all night. I tried every combination of settings, and nothing seemed to stop it.

We booked two rooms, but the air conditioning in one didn't work, so the three of us had to squeeze into the other room. They promised to refund us for the unusable room but didn't follow through. A maintenance man came, confirmed it was broken, and told us to speak to hotel staff. They never moved us to another room either.
