The room was good and the staff were friendly, which made the noise a real shame. The hotel is well placed for exploring the old town and the aqueduct on foot, but on Friday and Saturday nights a nearby club sends loud, thumping beats through the room until 4:30 am. Even a noise-cancelling app playing at full volume on my iPad couldn't drown it out. If you need a proper night's sleep before sightseeing, I'd stay somewhere else. This place suits you only if you're happy with the club scene.

The city-centre setting means it's not a good fit if you need peace and quiet, but everything in the old town is within walking distance, with good restaurants and bars nearby. We stayed one night and had a perfect visit: check-in was easy, the staff were super friendly, and our room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed.

It's about a two-minute walk to the cathedral, which is a great location. My room was right above a club, and I suspect others may be too. They play music until around 4:30 am every night from Thursday through Sunday. If sleep matters, look elsewhere, or ask specifically for a quieter room.

The family room was roomy, clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the price was good for a spot in Segovia's old town. It was an inside room, though, with no natural light. The manager was helpful with parking and did a great job with check-in and check-out.

The hotel sits right above a nightclub. There was booming music and drunk people shouting outside all night, and I didn't get any sleep until 6 am.
