Hotel HM Alma Beach - Adults Only

The rooftop pool was amazing, and we were completely happy with the stay. Thanks for making our holiday incredible, especially Tatyana at reception, who was so welcoming, pleasant, and polite. Our best experience in Palma, and we'll definitely come back.

We arrived to find HM Alma closed for refurbishment, with a notice saying we had been moved to HM Gran Fiesta. Nobody had emailed us about the closure, so we lost time and had to pay for another taxi. We were on a cycling trip and had booked our bicycles at the original hotel. They said they would cover the taxi fare, so we ordered UBER, but then said Uber wasn't a taxi they would cover. There were three of us in the room, and having the shower as part of the bedroom made things very uncomfortable. An absolute joke. I've never had such a bad experience.

The chefs took my dietary restrictions seriously and personally made sure they were covered. There was always a warm gluten-free baguette and delicious sweets for me, and the food was outstanding, with lots of tasty options. Every meal felt special. The staff were kind and attentive to detail, and went above and beyond to make me happy. I felt cared for from the moment I arrived. The best hotel experience I've ever had, 10/10 and highly recommended!

The location was great, close to the beach, and the hotel was clean and always smelled nice. Staff were helpful and smiling. The food was decent, but not really four-star quality. We stayed a week and got roughly the same breakfast every day, fortunately without the all-inclusive package. The coffee was terrible, too. Room 109 was small, dark, and had no view. After two days the staff kindly moved us to the fifth floor, and room 515 was bigger and brighter. The TVs were disappointing: 109 didn't have a smart TV, and the Hisense smart TV in 515 wouldn't connect to YouTube. Many cable channels were German. For that price, I'd expect more.
