Hostal Romi

What matters most here, like being able to relax, the cleanliness, and the service, is superb. Thanks, Marino. It's a quiet hostel with great service and really good value. Just don't arrive expecting a 4-star hotel. If you're after champagne on a beer budget, this won't suit you. Families and people wanting a peaceful break should be happy here. The service beats what you'd get at a 5-star hotel.

Our room was spacious, spotless, quiet, and had a big, very comfortable bed. Marino, the owner, was warm and kind, and even though we got there early, we could check in. His suggestions for lunch and breakfast were great, and his tips for the area's must-see sites were right on target. Great service, definitely recommend.

Marino was a pleasure to meet and explained what we could do around the area. It's a simple hostel, but the upkeep and cleanliness are the kind many 5-star hotels would envy, seriously spotless. Everything was in great shape, and there's also a bar for an evening drink.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the owner, who proactively suggested several things to do nearby. I stayed two nights. My room was simple, with a large, comfortable bed, and the other three rooms I saw being cleaned that morning were as good as or better than mine. They were double rooms, so naturally roomier, though none are huge. There was still plenty of space to feel comfortable. Everything is very well maintained. I'm giving it five stars for the excellent value, not because it's a top-tier hotel. Highly recommended. And excuse the messy bed in my room photo.
