The spa circuit itself was worthwhile, though €20 for an hour seemed pricey, especially in late October during the low season. You have to wear flip-flops and a head cap there. Neither was provided in the room, and the website didn't mention the requirement, only the booking page for the spa session. I found out too late and had to pay €4 for a basic cloth head cap, not even a silicone one. The hotel is pretty and in a lovely spot with beautiful scenery. The buffet dinner cost €24 per person excluding drinks, and both it and breakfast were good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Still, I was quite surprised and disappointed by how few amenities the room had for a 4-star hotel. We paid €129 a night for B&B and a double room with a side sea view. There were two bathroom glasses, hand wash gel, body wash gel, and towels, but no complimentary water, cotton buds, shower cap, or kettle. We were one adult, a 16-year-old counted as an adult, and a 12-year-old. The safe cost €3 per day and parking was €7 per day. In the off season, it would be nice if those were included or discounted. The room amenities and extra charges didn't meet my expectations for a 4-star property.

A large hotel at a reasonable price, with clean, spacious rooms. The beds may be a little hard, but breakfast was amazing. It's close to the village, where there are lots of good bars and cafes. Many guests seem likely to be Saga travellers.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and checking in with Dani at the front desk was easily the best experience I've had. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us warmly and professionally, with a smile that set a great tone for the stay. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome, and even surprised us with an upgrade that made the trip extra special. It's unusual to find someone who does their job so well while making you feel personally looked after. Dani made a routine part of travel into a memorable moment. This was the best check-in I've ever had, and future stays will have a high bar to meet.

A lovely hotel with great facilities and excellent staff. The grounds are pleasant, with pools and lots of spots to sit back and enjoy the sun.

The resort worked well for us as a couple, and it seems like families would enjoy it too. Kids have a club and activities, while guests without children can find quieter spots. We especially liked the live music, sunset views from the rooftop, photo contest, and aquagym. The pools, gym, and resort were all very clean. We went in mid-June, when it was fairly quiet, and parked in the underground garage for €12 a day. We only needed the car again when we left. A small open-air shopping area is an easy walk away, with a grocery store, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The hotel also provides free ferry access to the beach. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The buffet was worth it, with lots of choice, including vegetarian and healthy dishes. The food quality was probably the best I've had at a resort, and I liked the mix of local dishes and international favourites. We'd happily recommend it for a stay in the south of Spain.
