The location is the best thing about this hotel. They do say they don’t take parking reservations, but we arrived and there was no space for either day of our two day stay, so don’t count on being able to park there. On the first day, we came back in the evening and found the coffee cup from the morning still unwashed, with no fresh coffee for the next morning. That’s not the service I’d expect from a hotel at any star rating. Three star hotel, four star price, two star service.

Car trouble left me stranded while my car was being repaired, but the staff were so welcoming that my two doggies and I had an amazing stay. I can highly recommend the place. I only wished the mattress were firmer and the dog fee lower. Booking.com hadn’t shown the extra charge for the dogs.

The room was good, but all the building’s heating and AC settings seemed to use one temperature, so we couldn’t adjust it ourselves. The only fix was moving to a less sunny floor. Ridiculous. I’ve stayed at this hotel more than three times, and the gym has never been working.

Maximo was the reason for the five stars. He was fantastic and sorted out all our problems with a package that his colleagues hadn’t been able to fix. Such a professional, helpful guy, and he made the hotel experience much better. The room was clean and breakfast was available too.

We had a perfect stay. The place was clean and well located, and parking was €13 per night. The people were lovely, especially receptionist Maximo and Alexandra, who were really kind.
