We canceled a fully refundable booking weeks before the cancellation deadline, but a month later the hostel still hadn't returned the payment for the entire stay. Looking at other reviews with the same issue, I wonder if they may be having financial problems and unable to honor their cancellation terms. Booking has also been trying to contact them without success. Be careful, and book somewhere else to be safe.

I stayed here in early August 2025 and loved it all, especially the sea, the weather and the hostel's location. Everything was wonderful. I recommend it!

I wouldn't recommend it. The place was unattended, with empty wine bottles and beer cans lying around. The people staying there didn't seem like travelers, more like squatters. It smelled bad and I didn't feel safe at all, despite having stayed in lots of hostels. I didn't spend a single night there and left straight away.

The shared room was a decent size, and I liked the modern design, kitchen, good WiFi, and the nice bathroom on the second floor. Mercadona is nearby, the sleeping room windows darken well, and there's shower gel in the bathroom. Security is good, with guest-specific codes for the hostel and sleeping room. Luggage storage after checkout is free, though you have to ask to extend your access codes. The price seemed reasonable for a place without reception, especially since I didn't need air conditioning in December. Finding the right bed was confusing. Guests are given a room number, but the doors aren't numbered, so you have to guess. You're also assigned a bed number, but only two of the four beds are marked. I was told bed 1 was on the bottom, but it was actually on top. I don't mind there being no reception, but WhatsApp replies can take a long time. For anything urgent, you need to call. The kitchen is outdoors, with no windows to keep out heat, cold, noise or mosquitoes. There seemed to be too few duvets: none were on any unoccupied bed in the shared room, so I had to take one from a private room. In December, the other empty beds had only thin sheets, and their bedding can't take a duvet. The sheets had spots. Only one of the four beds had a power socket, with just one more socket in the whole room. Electrical cables are still exposed on the ground floor, and it takes a while for the water to heat up. Curtains around the bunk beds would be nice.
