The surroundings are wonderful, and the service was very good. Those are the only things I can recommend about this hotel. My partner and I stayed one night, and the room felt shabby and carelessly prepared. There was no air conditioning, the walls were badly painted, and the curtains had huge tears, like they'd been pulled from a dump. The spa was tiny, and four people already made it feel crowded. It also felt unsafe: tiles were broken at the corners, and a hose came out of the wall, ran across part of the floor, and ended in the spa, spraying hot water. Really awful.

The room was simple but clean, with a big bed and lovely sea views. Breakfast was buffet-style and even had fresh orange juice. We paid 115 euros, which felt like excellent value, and it made for a memorable day. Of course, the person I was with was a big part of that. We booked a package for two with the spa, a seafood dinner, the room, and breakfast the next day. The spa is small but cozy, and I really enjoyed it. There were just three couples, so we could use everything without feeling crowded, and the water was exactly the right temperature. The seafood platter was good, service was fast and efficient, and the dining room is lovely, with an incredible view of Oriñón beach. The location and views are beautiful and truly privileged. I'll definitely be back.

The massages were good, and the staff were friendly. The food was average, though, and when we got to our room the shower barely had any water pressure. The setting was wonderful, but the spa left a lot to be desired. Its pool was small, and the jets were weak. The heated stone loungers didn't work, and neither did the steam room.

The spa was pretty basic, though they did have a hot water machine for making tea. A masseuse was very pushy, interrupting us twice to quote services and prices we hadn't asked about. The breakfast was a mess. Tables weren't set, people had to hunt around for plates and glasses, and there weren't enough plates, so you had to use the little one provided. That’s awkward if you're trying to get toast and jam at a buffet. The juice glasses were tiny, like shot glasses, and there were no extra glasses to take. Very little choice, too. Our room was cold. The wooden heater with heating elements inside was broken, and the duvet was so short it didn’t reach my neck. Housekeeping was poor and slow despite there being only a few rooms. The inside of the toilet bowl was visibly moldy, and the bathrooms had no heat. While they cleaned all morning, sheets and pillowcases were left along the hallway, even on the floor. There’s no elevator, either. Service was average.
