The quiet gave the place a spiritual feel for me. It’s a beautiful hotel, and they’ve tried to improve it with some technology features. A good, affordable place to rest in a town near Cordoba.

There’s no air conditioning in the room I stayed in, though it did have heating. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, and the place and furniture feel quite old. Breakfast was plentiful but not especially elaborate. Still, it’s fair value for money, with very friendly, attentive staff. It’s a nice place to stop if you’re hiking in the mountains, though it’s a bit far from Córdoba, about 25 minutes by car on local roads.
