The service was phenomenal, and the location is good. It’s a magnificent, brand-new hotel. Breakfast is available, which is fine, but since the place is so new, there’s no restaurant or bar for lunch or dinner yet.

The hotel was spotless and tidy, and the staff were so welcoming. They really did everything they could to make our stay a good one. A lovely little hotel.

The rooms looked really nice, but they were very dirty. I stayed for two days and they didn’t clean my room at all. There was very little staff and no real attention, so they couldn’t look after us properly. They wouldn’t even let me use the jacuzzi. Such a shame. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.

I paid for a hotel but it felt like a hostel, with poor service. The place was very dirty and the staff were scarce and inattentive. I spent a weekend there, and the whole experience was terrible. I understand that having so few staff makes it hard to keep things clean and attend to people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

The pool was fantastic, and the mattress was really comfortable. Everything felt new and clean, and the people were super lovely. It’s a fantastic spot right next to El Chaparral beach.
